Welcome to our site! We are Seniors at the California State Polytechnic University, and we are showcasing our Senior Project. Our project focuses on the design and redevelopment of the Fairplex Fairgrounds.

Mixed Use Devlopment

A mixed used development is a combination of different types of land uses within the same development. Our project aims to address and improve the overall quality of life of the surrounding communities by incorporating a mixed-use redevelopment for the Northern portion of the Fairplex Fairgrounds. This development will contain commercial, recreational, and residential infrastructure.

Sustainability for the Community

With large concerns towards climate change, many people around the world have been moving over to more sustainable initiatives. With our project we are aiming to address climate concerns within and surrounding our site by incorporating sustainable infrastructure and practices.
