South Side Existing Utilities

Existing utilities on the site include Stormwater highlighted in Purple, Water lines highlighted in Blue, Sanitary sewer lines highlighted in Green, and Electrical lines highlighted in Red. Throughout the project, we will propose new pipelines which will all connect to these existing utilities.

Stormwater: Located on both North and South of the site.
Water lines: Located mainly on the North side which will be connected to the proposed structures of our site.
Sanitary Sewer Lines: Only located south of the site.
Electrical Lines: Stretch from North to South of the site with good coverage.

Composite Utility Plan

The composite utility plan consists of proposed wet utility lines that will be connecting to the existing utility lines. The wet utilities include stormwater, sewer, potable, and recycled water utility lines.

Stormwater (purple): The proposed stormwater utilities will convey runoff from the site to L.A. County's existing stormwater system following their requirements. This includes capacity to handle runoff from Planning Area 1 (Commercial).

Sewer (green): A proposed sanitary sewer utility system is proposed throughout the entire four planning areas. This proposed system will convey sewer waste to connect to the City of Pomona's existing sewer utility line.

Potable (blue): The potable water utility system is proposed for all 4 of the Planning Areas to provide water to each building, sinks, and bathroom accommodations.

Recycled Water (red): A recycled water system is proposed for the irrigation of Planning Areas 3 (Nature Park) and 4 (Recreational Park). Use of recycled water for the landscaping will greatly decrease the potable water use of this project. The recycled water is available from L.A. County Sanitation Districts' Pomona Water Reclamation Plant.
