Site Information
The total area of the project site is approxematly 42 acres, highlighted in yellow. There will be 4 planning areas that have a total acreage of 26 acres with the remaining acreage being the roadway. Currently the site location serves mainly as parking for the Pomona Fairplex Fairgrounds. Adjacent properties include a drag race strip West of the site, a smog check vendor East of the site, and Residential/Commerical space North-West of the site. The sites elevation currently ranges from 1100-1000 feet from North to South.
A Demolition Plan was created to provide volumetric calculations of demolished asphalt, earthwork notes for contractors, general notes for the demolition procedure, and outline areas that will be demolished.
